Week #1 Fixed Gear
hi there, my name is Taylor Davis and i will be starting a blog about my 10th grade 20% project. I will have a partner help me through all of it and his name is Victor Contreras. We are going to make a video for the class and for friends of ours. We are going to teach people how to ride a fixed gear bike. Usually people start off with the basics by just riding. Then they learn how to skid and stop properly. Once you get more experienced its easier to fit in. most people that have been riding for awhile will tell you that you need to be able to keep up with a pack of people and that in order to be as fast and to be as good your going to have to train and stay on your bike. This week we finished our proposal in class. Another thing is that we have been planning on when we start filming and editing the mini movie.In the weeks coming we will have started and will ride to the beach and will have filmed most of what we think is right to show people. All I can really say is that i know that it is going to be a blast!
